개인정보처리방침
스마트가이드(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 Screw Puzzle, Nuts & Bolts(이하 "앱")를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하는지, 그리고 이용자가 어떤 선택을 할 수 있는지 설명합니다.
1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인 기능이 없으며, 개발자는 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 개발자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 상황(레벨, 별, 코인, 도구 수, 도감, 출석·도전 기록)과 설정(언어, 효과음·배경음, 배경)은 이용자 기기 안에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
2. 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보
앱은 광고 표시와 인앱 구매를 위해 다음 Google 서비스를 사용하며, 이 서비스들은 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

3. 광고 맞춤 설정 거부
기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있고, 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다(Android: 설정 › Google › 광고). 맞춤 광고를 꺼도 광고는 표시될 수 있으나 관심사 기반이 아닌 일반 광고가 표시됩니다. '광고 제거'를 구매하면 전면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
4. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
5. 보관 및 파기
개발자는 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 기기 설정의 '저장공간 › 데이터 삭제'로 즉시 파기됩니다. 제3자 서비스가 처리한 정보의 보관 기간은 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.
6. 보안
광고·결제 관련 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되어 전송됩니다.

Privacy Policy
SmartGuide ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who plays the mobile game Screw Puzzle, Nuts & Bolts (the "App"). This policy explains what information is processed and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not collect personally identifying information such as your name, email or phone number. We do not operate any servers for the App.
Your game progress (levels, stars, coins, tools, collection, daily reward and challenge records) and settings (language, sound, music, background) are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
2. Information processed by third-party services
The App uses the following Google services to show ads and handle in-app purchases. They process information under their own privacy policies.

3. Opting out of personalized ads
You can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads). Ads may still appear, but they will not be based on your interests. Buying "Remove Ads" turns off full-screen ads.
4. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Retention and deletion
We do not retain personal information. Game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage in your device settings. Retention of information processed by third-party services follows their policies.
6. Security
Ad and purchase traffic is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
7. Your rights and contact
